We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will exactly match what is displayed on screen. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 3 - Quote requests and orders

This website operates on a quote-request basis. There is no payment gateway on this site. Adding products to your basket and submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order or contract.

Once we receive your quote request, our team will review the products and quantities requested, check availability with our suppliers, contact you if any items are unavailable or further information is required, and provide you with a confirmed quote including all applicable charges.

An order is only confirmed once Athena Tiles has accepted your quote request in writing and agreed payment terms with you directly. We reserve the right to decline any quote request at our discretion.

Stock availability is not guaranteed at the time of your quote request and will be confirmed when your request is processed by our team.

The customer is entirely responsible for ascertaining the quantities required and the suitability of goods for their intended purpose. Any estimates or advice we provide regarding suitability are given without responsibility or obligation on our part.

Section 4 - Prices and VAT

All prices shown on this website are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. The final price, inclusive of VAT and any applicable delivery charges, will be confirmed in your written quote.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your order will be the price confirmed at the point your quote is accepted.

By signing the delivery note you are confirming acceptance of the goods.

Athena Tiles is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Athena Tiles.
